And according to Openrailwaymap there are some expansion plans around the airport, if they get built, adding a channel tunnel platform might not be too expensive.
It's a pity though, London-Lyon seems like a route that would really make sense. But I don't know how popular it will be if you have to get out to the airport to catch the train.
