I have some dough rising in the kitchen. Fingers crossed, it will become bread later today. Much later.
I found a no-knead bread recipe. We will see. I have really only baked Irish soda bread and sweet breads, like banana, zucchini, and rhubarb - aside from years ago when I had a bread machine.
