GrapheneOS and /e/OS are far different. GrapheneOS is a hardened OS with substantial privacy/security improvements. It preserves the baseline privacy and security of the Android Open Source Project and builds from there.
/e/OS is the direct opposite. It massively reduces security vs. AOSP and they have months and even years of delays for basic privacy and security patches. It's unsafe. The services they promote aren't private/secure either.
