Lately, I haven't been able to participate here as much as I like, and I'm sorry. I miss it! But the housing market is chewing me up and spitting me out. I don't think I've ever been this stressed for this long. Just offered on a fifth house! Lost the previous four. I feel like I've been doing nothing but driving to view homes 24/7 for months. It's like a full time job with overtime, but I can't slow down. About to lose ownership of my current place, and I still have nowhere to go. Just wow. 😭
