I don't feel like elaborating at length but sometimes I feel like I'm quite alone in that I don't really consume recent media as soon as it comes out. Even if I notice that something I "should" like is released, I just go "huh, cool" and then I'm able to wait months or even years before diving into it. Maybe that sharing reactions to something that's freshly out on boards and reddits can be fun, I just find myself not caring as much in the last few years.
