Having said that, this sentence is interesting: “The mission delivered 10 Guowang satellites into an orbit roughly 680 miles (1,100 kilometers) above the Earth, with an inclination of 86.5 degrees to the equator, according to publicly-available US military tracking data.”

An inclination of 86.5° is incredibly close to Iridium’s 86.4°, which makes this system unique and valuable because it will work over the poles. This is a distinct advantage for military use over Starlink, which has a 53° inclination and thus unavailable for polar use.
