Got red pilled on hops recently. In that hops itself is highly highly estrogenic, puts soy to shame. No wonder beer is marketed to men.
Wonder if there is anything going on with coffee that’s similar.
It definitely has detrimental effects on the gut. The guy brain access is the real deal.
Since I’ve stopped baseline anxiety is non existent.
