At the moment, Labour are not even trying to sell the idea that they can offer a difference, any kind of hope.
Just riding on the wave of everyone (Well, anyone with a working moral compass), hate the Tories, is not enough for them to get the outright majority they are expecting.
Historically, a sitting government about 20 points behind has always lost the next election, but 'a week in politics is a long time' and we are in very unusual times
