But I have to learn Go to make plugins which is retarded. What if I want to write in C or C++ or Rust or Zig? GFY? With ELF I can write in nearly any compiled language I want, have ultimate performance and efficiency since hardware and OS's understand ELF. It's universal.
Some people are going to be better suited in the language they can perform best in, and simply won't be in others.
