So this is working, but going to make it general that you can set any status (working, gaming, beekeeping, etc).
Will also look into adding an ios focus filter so this can be set automatically based on the current iOS focus.
Goal of all these changes is to make nostr feel much more alive+realtime and less static. You should be able to vividly feel the hustle and bustle of things. Its pretty good already but lets see where we can rhn to
