None of my models - since my early 20s - ever took a social security income stream into account. Even by then, I knew it wouldn't buy me more than a cup of coffee by the time I could get it.

And it was NEVER INTENDED to fund your retirement, but people work their entire careers thinking they are going to live on social security!!
