No, you need an industrial material shredder. A woodchipper will simply get clogged up. This thing can be easily trailerized and run with a diesel genset.
At the bottom, you get enough 'pulp material' (which can be conveniently be loaded into a wheelbarrow or transferred via conveyor to a methane digester for biofuel and fertilizer production.
