As Argentina follows America out of the Word Health Organisation (not entirely unexpectedly), perhaps the key Q. is: is this the start of a stampede for the door or the loss of two members that will focus the minds of the rest of WHO.
If the latter then the WHO will need a strategy agreed with the remaining members about priorities for the reduced budgetary settlement (or of course, to raise their contributions).
If the former, global health monitoring may be coming to an end....
