In case this is helpful to any other visionOS developers out there, this is the distribution of Dynamic Type sizes I'm currently seeing in use by Widgetsmith users.
Compared to the distribution on iOS it follows a broadly similar shape, but with more users sticking with the default ("Large”) size.
In both cases slightly more user opt for a smaller size rather than a larger size (11% smaller vs 9% larger on visionOS).
