I know there have been Theocracies and Christian Monarchs but they inherently go against the wishes of their faith. The power concentration had corrupted their decision making, which requires a decentralization of power. If I wanted a Christian Theocracy, all I need is to look at the Ottoman Empire.
Straight up Anarchy needs the acknowledgement of Private Property, since Capitalism is the most prolific source of human prosperity in existence. As long as Private Property is secured, free markets will emerge and wealth will be produced through an increase of innovation/efficiency over time.
