In the YouTube comments, I'm getting a lot of "it's code to install outlets with ground plug up"
But it's not (at least not NEC) and never has been. Maybe in a few local code additions, or in industry/install-specific codes, but not as a rule.
There are a dozen things that are more dangerous about standard NEMA plugs than the orientation of the outlet :)
