For what its worth, CloudAmo have been responsive, but I feel like they advertise the plan as plug and play, when it's simply not that at all. And the interface is horrendous and confusing. Maybe I should switch to ANOTHER provider but that would be the third time I have switched, because providers are simply not clear to laypeople what they do and do not offer as a competitor to OneDrive. There will be no serious migration from OneDrive etc, unless this attitude to non-technical users improves.
