I'm divided on the Tik Tok ban. On the one hand it's been a great communication platform. On the other hand the reason US govt wants to ban it is because most apps' data can be used to collect data on users. The US believes China does this, collecting data on app users via ad networks, including those of Americans, because *the US does it too.* And so do other States, to watch their populations,, and those of other nations. US govt just doesn't want to tell the public this fact. #privacy #tiktok
