Cyclists seem to be in a bi-modal distribution here.
There are the ones that wear yellow jackets, have lights and helmets, follow the road rules and stay in lane... And the other ones, no lights, cross diagonally across an intersection, wearing black jeans and an ac/dc hoodie in the dark.
I think that a bunch of day drinking drunks, loose their licences, and then get any old bike and ride home randomly in the evening.
