Fed up with OfWat's inability (or unwillingness) to halt/constrain water companies' sewage flows into the country's water courses & lakes, activists have taken a different route.
They're making a nuisance complaint to Westmorland & Furness council about United Utilities... it's difficult to see how the Council could not find the sewage spill constitutes a nuisance & from there its abatement orders & prosecutors for infringement!
