We should ask ourselves collectively - if we *wanted* to spread #COVID, what would we be doing?
Then we should do the opposite.
If I were intentionally spreading COVID, I might ban masks for instance.
I'd probably also find it really helpful if there were scary rumors about vaccines.
If I really wanted to go for the brass ring, I might encourage or even mandate people to gather in offices, churches, sporting events and commerce centers.
I'd definitely make sure there was no real monitoring.
