Debt is most likely to be converted to control unless we really increase our numbers _really_ get moving again.
Lots of opps for small business now but there are not enough kids + not enough skills.
If we fix our demographics before others the debt problems will be pushed out another generation. Otherwise, we'll have a fire sale+Asian firms will effectively buy up California, then shut down Texas.
It's really time to move.
