No, I think they’re just a bit incompetent tbh. I’m sorta kinda thinking of switching, but when I did the research before I moved they were the closest independent. (I could of course switch to a chain vet, but then they would be terribly efficient at the admin but with the vets forever trying to upsell me.)
It’s very common here to get the prescription and then fill it elsewhere: with the big online pharmacies, I can buy the meds cheaper than they can get them wholesale.
