It just means that a relay has auth turned on. If you look at the taskbar on the left and look in the bottom right hand corner of that, there'll be a little red icon that you click on, and it'll pop up a task manager, and you can set your settings to always authenticate to a specific relay that's asking for auth. There's a few other options, but I just set it to always, and then you generally won't have problems when trying to post to that auth relay.
