Biggest win for both sides would be to push it into the next version, v31, so that there can be a proper debate. There's still a lot of NAKs and time to stop this before October. I dont believe there is consensus on this issue, in the traditional sense of the word. Push to v31 and everyone wins, especially bitcoin.
