I struggle with having a regular diet at all.
Carnivore is a very easy diet. I could try it but I wouldn't be happy with it. I had the experience with killing an animal and the way I felt when I think about it afterwards, it makes me feel too powerful.
I am concerned that edible plants are here for a reason and we kinda lost the way. I recently have so much joy eating fresh wildherbs. The evolution of humanity is just crazy wild and contradictory.
Growing up in a world of mindless consumption and finding balance is hard but we are going to make it. 🤍 there are many things that need my attention but going step by step is the only way.
