You are trying to understand how it works. I do not think that is the point. The point is a modern bank built on Bitcoin that utilizes local trust. For the average user it will just work and they won't need to know a thing about e cash or Bitcoin for that matter. They will just use it because it is the best tool for exchanging value. They might know a little about how it is better than traditional banking, but not the details of it.
