FEMA is the agency that everyone "jokes" about being in charge of the future American Concen---Intern---Relocation Camps.
I don't understand why anybody is surprised, or why they tolerate looters if they have a clipboard and say "I'm from the Government".
I thought people were writing "looters will be shot" on their windows and shit.
I don't get it.
