what about retrofitting lithium ion into hybrid battery š¤
so at nominal voltage of 1.2v a block of 12 cells is 14.4v.
This divides perfectly into 4 cells for 3.6v lithium ion.
lithium ion seems to range from like 3v to 4v. This means a block ranging from 12 to 16v, which corresponds pretty nicely with 12 Ni-MH cells from 1v to 1.33v.
Could you just drop in lithium ion cells into a hybrid battery and have it work???
