Pernia's changed cum.salon's "tag meowski in every thread" MRF to target Owl instead. I'm guessing this is because meowski has blocked everyone ever, and is no fun to mess with any more. Because both poast and NCD block cum.salon, this means that Owl is going to almost never understand why she's being tagged those threads.
The reason you got blocked is *probably* because you interacted with Pernia - leading to confusion on Owl's part, so that she misunderstood something you said.
