I don't disagree, but the headline sare talking about jobs lost & what you are taking about is people losing their jobs... which is not the same thing.
When firms relocate this can be a serious problem for individuals, I agree, but that is a different issue.... my point was that the 'jobs' were not being lost, they were moving elsewhere so other individuals would get them...
