"Say ð a sat a post/reply or ð something"... ð It's technically possible ð ð But also not possible ð until all clients ð show messages ð received from ðĨ relays. For now, what I've ðŊ implemented in ð Nosflare is ðĨ it hashes every ð note sent to it. ð And this ðŊ can be fine-tuned down to ð the hash of ðĨ a single word. So, for example, as ðŊ I've done with the wss://relay.nosflare.com relay ðŊ it only allows the same ð thing once. ð If someone else ð writes ð a note that just ðĨ says "GM" they'll ðŊ be ð the only ones who ð can publish a note with just "GM" that day. But as this is configurable, it can help at least stop spam that blasts the same thing over ðŊ and over again. Of course, it ð can be evaded ð should they iterate those notes incrementally with something that makes the content unique each time.
