There used to be a time where you could fine tune how your e-mail server is categorizing spam mail. Now there are basically zero settings. People probably think it's better if an "AI" makes the decision for you. But as a consequence, my university e-mail server (Microsoft) consistently categorizes its own undeliverable error messages as spam. #enshittification
