The saddest part of all of this Bell Riots hoopla is that Ira Steven Behr and Robert Hewitt Wolfe thought in 1994 that the Americans of 2024 would be so moved by a riot of unhoused people that they would demand a solution to homelessness. We all know what would happen in our 2024 if unhoused people rioted.
