Argh!! I love how (facetious here) the post office will send a quick 24 hour mail window to pay taxes and duties on customs and by the time you see it, that window has closed with a sorry you're too late grin.
Seriously why can't they just leave it open and let you pay it so you don't have to waste the delivery person's time with a slip and a trip down to the post office on a good friday easter weekend, which leaves Saturday morning as the only chance to get it? I'd pay it right now so the downstairs front desk can receive it.
