That's the next conference I'm most looking forward to, although what's going on in Madeira in January/February looks interesting. That doesn't count as the global South.
I am curious as to what you think of India adopting Bitcoin..?
They're not at all part of the "West" and Balaji's suggestion that they may surprise the world and leapfrog themselves to world leadership by adopting Bitcoin soon.
