I've seen this before: some weird pattern that makes HTLCs cost exactly twice their worth. Must be some stupid math bug in some Lightning implementation. Or on the HTLC bot, but I can't find anything on this.
an #htlc was worth 42_484 sats, but it cost 84_968 sats to redeem in a channel between 'SlowTortoise' and '03333700ea7dd48f2bdf': https://mempool.space/tx/abc9da0283bb674932b426f928ad5606a94db90d0ff5b2b9ae4f012c055aaed9/
someone lost their channel, their entire payment and had to send 42_484 sats more to the gods of lightning for the privilege
