No, it doesn't mean you don't love them but it might mean you don't love yourself. Every love starts from self-love. We cannot control what others will do, and have they will behave. If we experience abuse, what we do with it tells everything. Are we staying with the abuser, take on archetype of saviour, healing their wound and call it love?! That's not love. That's self-sacrifice, suffering and lack of self-love.
