I made three different attempts to use public electric car chargers today. The first place all the chargers but one were covered up and not working. The second place was ostensibly working but resolutely refused to start charging. The third was shiny and new and had big flashy signs everywhere but on inspection turned out to be awaiting DNO approval for commissioning.
Fortunately my car is a plug-in hybrid. How the fuck do people with pure electric cars function?
