TECHNIQUE TO CREATE AND DESTROY HABIT:
When you want to create a habit or destroy a harmful one, focus on the cells of the
brain, which is the repository of mechanisms of habits.
*TO CREATE A GOOD HABIT, meditate; and, concentrate on the Christian center (intercejo) deeply affirms the good habit you want to establish.
*And when you wish to ELIMINATE ONE BAD HABIT concentrate and affirm that all the vibrations of that habit are being deleted.
I'm going to tell you a story that refers to the effectiveness of this technique. In India, a man with a very bad temper came to see me. I had a habit of slapping asus bosses when I lost control so I lost one job after another. He asked me for help and I told him that every time I lost control I had to count to a hundred before acting. The
came back after a while and told me that it had only made matters worse. Su
case seemed to have no solution.
Then I told him to practice Kriya Yoga: ‘AFTER PRACTICING YOUR KRIYA, THINK OF THAT DIVINE LIGHT ENTERING YOUR BRAIN, TOUCHING IT, CALMING YOUR NERVES, ERASING ALL YOUR ANGER. Yun day your bad temper will be gone. ‘Not long after that, he came to warn me and said, ‘I am free from the habit of anger.’ I am very grateful to you. ’
I decided to give it a try. I told some guys to fight him. I hid in a park
the one I used to go through regularly to observe what was happening. The guys tried
make him mad, but he didn't reply. He kept quite.
