NEW: Three armed thugs ambushed a car fatally shooting 28-year-old Clarisa Burgos and injuring 39 year-old driver in Queens, NYC.
Burgos was shot once in the head and died on the spot. She left behind a 4-year-old son.
The driver was shot half a dozen times in the torso but he is listed in stable condition.
Now, police are investigating the shooting and working to identify suspects.
