the thing is, a relay *could be configured to accept future events. (right now its only up to 10-15 min in the future). if a client adds the relay, those future posts will be pinned to the top of their timeline. 😅 ...
so you could possibly use a relay like this, and then just shuttle messages out to the rest of the relays when they are scheduled to post.
