Toyotarou (the artist who draws Dragon Ball stuff these days) is unhappy.
He was just a fanboy dork like the rest of us, and was able to work directly with Akira Toriyama because he drew a fan comic that imitated Toriyama's style.
Feel bad for the guy. I hope he's not out of a job. The ongoing manga was a cooperation between both of them.
