Come springtime the cities turned the hot water off to save money. That’s when we learned it was hard to get soap to lather with ice cold water. We picked up a couple of immersion heaters and made a bath kit we passed around for the last couple months we were there.
I sometimes think I should go back someday and see what’s changed.
