Restarting filter.nostr.wine with a couple small updates and a few additions to our broadcaster.
Nostr.wine users on the filter relay with broadcast enabled are now also writing to the following public relays:

wss://nostr-pub.wellorder.net
wss://nostr.oxtr.dev
We will monitor them for performance.
