Perhaps a new judicial procedure could be established that would see such matters fast-tracked to SCOTUS, but this is fraught as well since that high court is not equipped to operate as a trial court. A real puzzle for the Justices.
I could imagine a legislative solution with a law or even Constitutional Amendment, but a closely balanced Congress with a non-trivial herd of RINOs is not a safe bet in this regard.
