I'm not convinced who is rioting, it seems there's a lot of BS floating around and the news is mostly just lies. Whoever it is, I doubt killing people will solve the underlying problem.
Assuming it's evil immigrants trying to take over France (which I think you believe), terrorizing them won't make this go away. The underlying problem is still present: they are still there, ready for the next riot.
Assuming it's a general riot out of frustration with the loss of living quality due to the war in Ukraine and the energy crisis as well as the stiffer oppression of workers protesting their rights, terrorizing them isn't going to solve that, either.
As for who's to blame, in both cases, it's the ruling class of the EU and France who are simply indifferent to the well-being of anyone but themselves and their petty power squabbles with Germany.
