I'm not familar with their hardware internals but memory is usually the easiest upgrade there is, also inexspensive. I run 16MB and sit around 50% usage on my setup
My start9 running services currently are
- Bitcoin Knots
- electrs
- Core Lightning
- Datum gateway
- Nostr RS Relay (private)
- Mempool
For disk storage it really is going to depend on what you use it for. For a full node, 210 GB in a year is the max theoretical limit for the timechain, usually it is 110-150GB.
