This "blood red" Crescent Nebula actually turned out great all things considered. It was the first image I took with an 2600MC Pro and for some reason, it came from the factory with an incorrect color configuration, so it biased heavily towards red.
All was not lost - it turns out biasing for hydrogen (red) picked up a *lot* of dust :)
It still came out looking cool, I think.
I do have another one I've been working on that is better color balanced and it will show the blue shell around the crescent nebula better. Hope to share that one soon.
