well, yeah, the way that the silver stays nice when you keep it inside the plastic containers is also a good part of that
as jewellry, most of it is 9 carat which is usually mostly copper and zinc and idk what else, and it's too soft and goes black and stains the skin anyway
it really is more of an industrial metal than a precious metal, especially now its uses for antibacterial treatments and other oxidative catalysis is so valuable
